As most of you are aware, Dark Ending is completed and has been sent off to my editor for review and critique. I am so thrilled to share the continuation of Alex Jones' life after leaving Ridgewood Hills.

Tentatively, I have set the release date for September 17, 2017, but please be aware that this may change depending on the amount of edits that must be made. However, I do not expect any delays as of this posting.

I wanted to write this blog post to sincerely thank you, the fans, for all of your loyalty and support during this process. I never once, in my wildest imagination, expected that I would have completed "An Unsettled Past", let alone have finished a second novel. So thank you all for your kind words, support, and for just being intrigued with the story. All of this just motivates me to provide you all with what you want, and that is a story to end all stories.

With that said, I also want to be upfront and let you all know that I will be taking a short hiatus from Alex and company, and re-focusing my energy on a new concept in the next few months. I'm not giving up on Alex, but I want to introduce some new characters I have developed for the next novel, "Repressed Memories."

Don't be mistaken, Alex Jones will have a closure sometime in 2018-2019 in the final novel of the series, which I have titled, "The Whole Truth."
